The Remington Chop – Workshops + Biergarten June 11, 2016

The Remington Chop will be back on June 11th for the second year in a row. Taking place in Remington at R. House, this event brings together food lovers and local chefs for an afternoon of interactive workshops plus a biergarten with live music and local food vendors.

The Remington Chop The Remington Chop

There are ten workshops during the day ranging from Lamb Butchery with Parts & Labor, Sausage making with Maggie’s Farm, Mezcal 101 with Clavel, and Oyster Shucking with Dylan’s Oyster Cellar.   While all of these workshops sound fantastic, you can find me making Pasta & Ricotta with The Fork & Wrench.

Your ticket to The Remington Chop includes 1 workshop, 3 drink tickets, and live music. If you’re less into the kitchen side of things and just want to enjoy a few beers in the biergarten, you can purchase tickets solely for that.

The Remington Chop Mission:

We are three friends and Venture for America Fellows who love the neighborhoods of Baltimore and the food communities created inside them. Our mission with Remington Chop is to feature local chefs and makers to let them share their craft.
