I am extremely excited to announce that I am teaming up with two of my friends to launch Baltimore’s newest foodie venture, Tapas in the City.
The concept behind Tapas in the City is simple, when you are in a restaurant, often times the menu has plenty of amazing looking dishes that you want to try. Rather than taking five or six different trips to the same spot to find your favorite dish, what if you could sample multiple tapas style dishes at a restaurant over the course of one evening.
With our first event on June 15th, that is what we will be doing at Bluegrass Tavern in Federal Hill.
You will have a chance to sample five different courses with an optional wine pairing.
This meal will be upstairs in the private room and include menu favorites such as the Baked Creole Crawfish Mac N Cheese, The Smoked Fried Chicken, and new items off of the new seasonal menu.
