Towson: Bobby’s Burger Palace

Bobby Flay is one of my favorite chef’s. I regularly watch him on the Food Network and I love making his recipes. So when Bobby’s Burger Palace opened in Towson, I knew it was only a matter of time before I would be checking it out.

When Bobby was a kid – he loved to put chips on all of his food and ‘crunchify’ it. Because of that, all the burgers are offered with an option to add chips which of course I tried. The first burger I had a chance to try was the Bacon Crunch Burger – this is your standard burger with bacon, american cheese, and potato chips. Without any of the overly complicated toppings you can really taste the quality of the meat which was of course appreciated.

I also tried the L.A. Burger because avocado is my weakness. The patty was topped with avocado relish, watercress, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. I opted not to crunchify this burger because I was afraid it would be too much. Regardless, this burger was also so tasty and everything tasted so fresh.

All burgers need a side of fries, it should be a law. So I opted for the Cheesy Fries which were every bit as delicious as they sound. There are also five different house-made sauces that you should definitely try. My favorite was the chipotle ketchup.

To wash everything down, there’s nothing more satisfying than a Cookies n Cream Milkshake. It was creamy and refreshing – just how a milkshake should be.
