I don’t know what it is about Sunday’s, but they make me crave wings. It must be that we’re in the thick of football season and few things go together better than wings and football. Smoke, in Cockeysville has been getting a ton of press lately and I spied wings on their menu so a Sunday seemed like the perfect time to check it out.

We started off with an order of the KFC Wings – we were torn between the two different options on the menu, but the waitress said these were her favorite. After being smoked, the wings are given a quick fry and then coated in a Korean BBQ Sauce. The sauce is sweet and the wings have a little smokey flavor. They were good and I can’t wait to try the other wings on the menu during my next visit.

We also opted to share the Righteous Mac and Cheese. This creamy goodness had three different cheeses and was so yummy. I think it was my favorite thing that we ordered. But how could you go wrong with cheesy carbs?!

Lastly, we shared The Bama which was one of the great sounding sandwiches from the menu with smoked chicken, Alabama white sauce, bacon, and pickles. We inhaled this sandwich. All of the components were great but the Alabama white sauce really made this sandwich so great. I could not get enough.
