The Food Market is one of my favorite restaurants. Consistently, the food is amazing and I’m always discovering a new menu favorite. Chef Chad Gauss, the mastermind behind The Food Market and La Food Marketa just released a new cookbook to bring all of the Food Market best hits into your home.
In addition to beautiful photographs, there are recipes for some of my favorite dishes including the salt + pepper tuna, amish pretzels with beer cheese, and the French onion rings. In addition to recipes from his restaurants, there are recipes from the entirety of Chef Chad’s life that each tells its own story.
These dishes will for sure be coming out of my kitchen in the next few weeks.
