I had the chance to travel to Tampa, Florida for work a few weeks ago and the hotel I stayed in, The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina, had an awesome outdoor bar/restaurant. After a long day of working an event, a few coworkers and I decided to sit outside and grab a drink (or several) and some apps at the Waterside Grill.

I started with the Grilled Pineapple Mojito and man was this refreshing. Sipping on this outside was the perfect way to kick off my evening.

We started off by sharing the Chips and Guacamole. The tortilla chips were nothing extraordinary, but the guacamole was super creamy and topped with diced tomateos and queso fresco. For a group, this is a great option to share.

We also decided to share a Flatbread. I didn’t get the name of the one we ordered but it was another winning bite. Between the mozzarella, pesto, arugula, and tomatoes we were each going back for more after each bite.
