Grilled salmon with a sweet and spicy glaze paired with a fruit salsa
Begin by preparing the Pineapple Mango Salsa. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and set aside to marinade.
Whisk the honey, OLD BAY, olive oil, and lime juice together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Prepare your salmon by lightly sprinkling it with some OLD BAY, for some extra spice.
Place the salmon, skin side down over the hot grill. After six minutes, brush the honey OLD BAY marinate over the salmon.
After another four minutes when the salmon skin is nice and crispy, flip it, and cook skin side up for a quick two minutes to finish it off.
Serve the salmon with the pineapple mango salsa on top.
