Hi! I’m Rachel, a traveling food blogger based out of Baltimore. I’m on a mission to find some of the best dishes around and share them with you here and on Instagram.

I started this blog as a place to share all of my favorite spots near and far with my friends. So you will mostly only see places that I love and dishes you need to try ASAP.

If you’re interested in connecting, please use my contact form or email me: Rachel [at] LiketheTeaEATS [dot] com.

For a list of restaurants I recommend, here’s my list.

When I’m not writing restaurant reviews, I can be found in any one of these places:

  1. Hi I’m working for a food blogger community company in NYC called Tabelog (www.tabelog.us). We’re a subsidiary of the largest site in Japan, Tabelog.com

We brought their restaurant awards to the US, which are judged solely by a panel of local food bloggers. The winning restaurants get a framed 2015 award, and the food bloggers get an “Official Judge” badge and related PR for their blogs. We’re looking for bloggers from the Washington DC and Baltimore area to invite as official judges. Is this something you would be interested in? I’m looking forward to hear from you 🙂

    Thank you

  2. Hi Rachel,

My name is Dimitri Fautsch and I’m organizing a food event called The Remington Chop.
The Remington Chop is an afternoon of culinary workshops and a pop-up biergarten located in the courtyard of historic Miller’s Court on Saturday, June 13th. We’ve partnered with Remington-area restaurants like Parts & Labor, WC Harlans and Pen & Quill to teach workshops and cook up unique dishes for the event. We’re confident it’s going to be an awesome afternoon, and we want to make sure all Baltimore food-lovers have an opportunity to attend.

Do you think your read would be interested in hearing more about this event?
You can see more event info on our website, remingtonchop.com

  3. Hi Rachel. We’d love to have you out at Grille620 in Ellicott City to see what we’re all about! If that’s something you’d be interested in, shoot me an email and we can set something up. Thanks!

  4. Hi Rachel –
I’m working with a start-up for food bloggers in Maryland called Tabelog (www.tabelog.us). They’re a subsidiary of the largest company in Japan Tabelog.com (similar to Yelp here in the US).

The winning restaurants get a framed 2015 award and the food bloggers get an ‘official judge’ icons/etc. and related PR for their blog. Thanks in advance!
