Eating in Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon blends historic architecture, museums, theaters, and some of Baltimore’s most elegant dining rooms, making it one of the best neighborhoods in the city for a memorable meal. Located in central Baltimore near the Washington Monument and several cultural institutions, the area is home to a diverse mix of restaurants, cafés, cocktail bars, and breweries.

The neighborhood’s dining scene ranges from upscale fine dining and classic steakhouses to sushi restaurants, cozy cafés, and late-night spots. Whether you’re grabbing coffee before visiting a museum or sitting down for dinner after a show, there are plenty of great places to eat in Mount Vernon.
