Downtown: Chez Hugo Bistro
Downtown Baltimore is mostly a vast wasteland of overpriced chains. Chez Hugo Bistro recently opened on Redwood Street, about two blocks from the inner harbor and offers a lovely Parisian escape from the city.
Hampden: The Food Market
In April, I went to the Food Market for brunch and I loved it. The Food Market is located right off the avenue in Hampden and they serve upscale comfort food. A friend and I were recently celebrating some exciting news and went to The Food Market for dinner.
