In my opinion, the ultimate beach snack is a cold ice cream cone. After a long day in the sun, there’s nothing more refreshing than enjoying a scoop of ice cream by the shore. Whenever I visit a new destination, I always like to scout out the best places to eat, from quick snacks to full meals. During a recent beach weekend on Long Beach Island (LBI), I knew an ice cream craving would hit at least once, so I did a little research to find the best spot.
