There are so many great restaurants along the Delaware shore and one of my favorite spots to grab a bite after a day at the beach is Bethany Blues BBQ. I always find something new and delicious on the menu and it’s the perfect place to grab a bite with some friends. There are plenty of shared plates and dinner options that everyone you’re with should be able to find something delicious.

On this particular visit, we started with an order of Fried Pickles. They’re cut super thin and lightly fried, almost into pickle fries. Typically I like my fried pickles cut into rounds, but this preparation may be my new favorite. They were super crispy and retained that pickle-y, vinegar-y flavor that I love.

We also shared the Blues Brisket Nachos which are just downright delicious. The chips are smothered with smoked jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, smoked salsa, sour cream, and a heavy heaping of brisket. Every bite of these nachos are better than the last and it’s a completely drool-worthy dish.

The Hickory Smoked Wings were another crowd favorite. They were super crispy and rubbed with old bay seasoning.

Lastly, we ordered the Pulled Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was super juicy and paired perfectly with all of the Bethany Blues house made sauces, but my favorite is the Carolina Gold, which I smothered all over this beautiful sandwich.
