One of my favorite things about having a blog is that I get to wander up and down the supermarket aisles with the sole purpose of trying new items and categorizing it as ‘research.’ Well, one of my recent trips lead me to discover these great products and honestly, it’s been a real game changer with my workday.  I’ve been dodging that 2pm crash and really upping my grab and go breakfast moves.

The first product I’ve been loving lately is Kite Hill almond milk yogurt. If you remember from some of my recent posts, I’ve been cutting down on my dairy intake. But, I’ve definitely been missing the ease of grabbing a yogurt for breakfast. Fortunately Kite Hill yogurt is completely dairy free, gluten free, and soy free. My favorites so far have been strawberry and key lime – slowly but surely I’m working my way through their list of flavors.

I’ve also been really into Gundalow Juice. This is a Baltimore product that has been perfect in the afternoon when I feel that 2pm crash setting in. To be honest, I’ve been familiar with them for a while, but lately I’ve been reaching for their juices more regularly. The flavors are all natural – seriously. The only products in their juices are fruits and vegetables. The Strawberry Starboard and Dockside Sunrise have been my go-tos lately but you really can’t go wrong with any flavor. And I’ve been digging the nautical theme that they use to name their flavors.

Lastly,  bucking the dairy free trend that I’ve been embracing – Muuna Cottage Cheese has been a great snack for me. They have so many fruity flavors that I’ve been either eating plain or mixing with some more fruit for a super energizing breakfast. My favorite has been the blueberry because a drizzle of honey and some fresh sliced strawberries are a winning combination in my book.
