If you’re like me, all-day breakfast is always a good idea. Eggs are versatile, delicious, and perfect any time of day. So when Eggspectation in Owings Mills invited me to try their menu, I was thrilled. Dinner with eggs on the menu? Yes, please! But their menu offers so much more than just eggs, and when it came time to order, I couldn’t resist exploring beyond the benedict I had been dreaming about all day.

When I browsed the cocktail menu, the fruity options immediately caught my eye—perfect for summer. I decided on the Strawberry Fizz, which reminded me of a grown-up version of a strawberry crush. The drink combined strawberry rum, lemonade, lemon-lime soda, and muddled strawberries. Sweet, refreshing, and perfect for the warm weather.

For a starter, I went with the Piri Piri Chicken Wings. They had a crunchy exterior with a juicy interior, exactly how I like my wings. The Piri Piri sauce was a delightful mix of African and Portuguese flavors with a subtle kick of heat—definitely a unique and tasty option.

For my main course, I chose The BBQ Burger, topped with two crispy onion rings, cheddar cheese, bacon, and plenty of BBQ sauce. This classic combination was executed perfectly at Eggspectation. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor—especially for a fellow BBQ sauce fanatic like me!
