When you think of an ice cream truck, you probably imagine chasing down a classic choco taco in your neighborhood. Food trucks, on the other hand, usually serve meals. Taharka Bros. have combined the best of both worlds with a food truck dedicated entirely to delicious sweet treats, roaming all over Baltimore.
I first spotted the Taharka Bros. ice cream truck at a local food truck festival. My friend, a lover of all things sweet, immediately gravitated toward the Cookies and Cream flavor. Packed with cookie crumbles throughout, it was a perfectly balanced treat that she couldn’t get enough of.
I decided to try something a bit different: the Salty Cappuccino. A clever twist on salted caramel, it balanced the saltiness with just the right hint of coffee flavor — not overpowering, but delightfully smooth. It was rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying.
